Iliana and Oscar will both be off today.
Yesterday we had an incident with unauthorized items and large, intact boxes being thrown into the compactor. We identified the offender and they will receive a hefty fine. So we will reiterate yet again, ALL BOXES MUST BE BROKEN DOWN.
Note: Our weekly pest control service (Included in your fees), will be switching days beginning next week. Currently, service is provided on Friday’s and starting next week it will shift to Tuesday’s for the foreseeable future.
Our “Resident of the Week” is R.C. Cartwright who lives on Quimby Circle.. If you don’t know him already, find out more about him below. And when you see him out walking in the community, say “Hello!”
We also feature feline brothers Boo and Sulley as our “Pets of the Month.” Read all about these two cool cats below.
Stay informed about what’s happening in your community. If you missed the board meeting from Thursday night, the link below will take you directly to a YouTube recording of the meeting. Hear us talk about a new amenity coming soon to the Promenade!
Pressure washing continues and will for rest of the Summer.
The board has approved the work to begin on Sidewalk repairs. The work should start shortly. If you see a sidewalk marked with a pink or red circle, then that one is slated for repair. If you spot one not marked that you feel should be addressed, please let us know.
Flatten or break down ALL boxes before throwing them in the compactor!

Boo and Sulley
Boo T. Hechel and Sulley McSqueakerton Hechel are/ were 12 years old. I adopted them at 8 weeks old while I was living in Wisconsin and they are litter mates. In 2014, they moved with me across the country, just me and my two buddies. Sulley was such a mama’s boy. He followed me everywhere and loved to cuddled. My mom makes quilts and he ALWAYS had to lay on a quilt. His favorite human food was avocado and he loved his toy mice, especially the pink ones. He was always there for me when I had a rough day to help make me feel better and I miss him dearly.
Boo, is much vocal than Sulley was. He likes to “hunt” balls and toy mice at night time meowing loudly the whole way to my bedroom with the toy in his mouth. His most favorite toys though are ones he has had since he was a kitten, a mouse we call Frank and a blue fish on a fishing rod. Boo loves chicken and enjoys a special treat of tortilla chips. He doesn’t care for car rides or getting his nails cut. Boo isn’t much of a cuddly kitty, but I think he has been trying to enjoy cuddling with me more since Sulley left us last month. They are/ were the sweetest, most relaxed cats ever. They were never mean to any human they ever met and love rides in their stroller. They were the best brothers to each other!
*Boo and his humans live on Grady Lane.
**We picked the brothers as our pets last month and then Sulley unexpectedly passed away. He is featured in memorial. R.I.P. Sulley.
